We needed someone at the last minute, literally 4 days before the wedding and he responded back quickly and was available ! Took care of all of our paperwork as well the following day, with mailing it out. He gave us a packet afterwards that had a certificate, our program with our vows and everything that was included in the ceremony, and a reminder paper for changing my name on everything as well ! 1000/10 highly recommend Carlos!
